Yes, The Clothes Shop building, tin shed and 77 Laird Street building have been demolished. The process started on Tuesday June 13th and within a week, the buildings were down. This area is the site of the new 22,000 square foot Winona Volunteer Services building, complete with a food shelf and loading dock, clothing thrift store and sorting area, VITA space, office space and even a drive- up donation drop off lane!!

The Clothes Shop is not accepting clothing donations until the new building opens sometime this Spring.

The office is open Monday – Friday 9am – 4:45pm and we are able to take your calls and answer your questions about our services during these hours.

The Food Shelf is open on these days at these hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10am – 12:45pm     Thursday 3pm – 5:45pm       Friday 2pm – 4:45pm

Food Shelf shoppers will notice that the entrance and exit to the food shelf has moved to the Chestnut Street Door due to the construction. We plan to allow parking in front of our building as soon as it is safe from the construction zone. In the meantime, shoppers will need to park along 2nd street. We are sorry for this inconvenience and ask for your patience during this construction.
